Overview
G2 Throttle Cam System for KTM
The Delrin model has Delrin bushings inserted in both ends of tube. This eliminates any aluminum-to-aluminum contact. It has the feel of a ball bearing throttle tube, but it is far superior. Ball bearings rust and freeze-up after a few washings - so they must be constantly cleaned and lubricated. Our Delrin model will not rust or corrode. This is the system used by James Stewart, Mike Lafferty, Grant Langston and the Yamaha L&M and Factory Teams, to name a few.

As the throttle is twisted, the flat spot in the CAM200 keeps the throttle cable from being pulled as much as the stock cam. The result is less jarring hit through slick hard pack corners or technical sections of the motocross track or off road course. As the throttle is pulled more, the ramp brings the cable right back to the stock arc pattern never losing any degree of power. Also note: at full throttle with any of the G2 cams, the slide will be fully open, just as stock. Cams easily slide onto the end of the tube, firmly locking into place. Removable end cap for easy handguard installation.
